The first visit will last between 1.5 hours and will serve as an exploration of the issues that matter the most to you and your child and how I can be of service.

FOLLOW UP VISITS
Follow up visits will take place either in person or via Zoom, based on your preference.
During this time (30-40 minutes) we track progress, discuss what has worked and what has not worked and adjust our flexible and responsive treatment plan based on your goals.
I will continue to collaborate with all other providers, teachers and professionals involved in your child’s circle of care to make sure the ball is not dropped.
THERAPY
Individual talk therapy is offered to children and their parents with the goal of learning about what matters the most to you, your individual struggles and desires for positive change. PEERS Social Skills training within a Zoom group setting for children will be offered starting in Summer 2024.
What to expect at your appointment
Step 1:
Explore the issues that matter the most to you and your child and how I can best support you both.
Step 2:
A full comprehensive discussion takes place where we delve into the past, present and future using intake paperwork and your family’s unique stories.
Step 3:
Through working side by side with children and mother’s, we will co-create an actionable plan of care that honors the family’s values, concerns, and goals for what wellness means to them, while supporting the child’s natural vibrancy through individualized medication, complimentary, alternative and therapy treatment choices.
The treatment plan that we co-create together will be flexible and responsive to the moving target that is life, so that you don’t ever feel stuck with treatment choices that are not working.
Step 4:
Nothing is more frustrating than having to relay information between the therapists, teachers and medical providers handling your child’s care. I remove the leg work for you by communicating directly, and closing loops with, the therapists, teachers and providers already involved in your child’s journey to vibrancy.

Thorough virtual follow up appointments (30 minutes). We track progress, discuss what has worked and what has not and adjust our flexible and responsive treatment plan based on your family’s goals.
Reach the Nurse Practitioner daily M–F, 9am–6pm, for any questions or concerns that come up. I respond to you within 1-2 hours.
Nurse Practitioner will call you in-between appointments to check in on everyone and answer any additional questions. (No additional charge).
Nurse Practitioner will continue to collaborate weekly with all other healthcare providers, teachers and therapists involved in your child’s circle of care to make sure the ball is not dropped. (No additional charge).
